Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, including courses, downloads and community access, come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

You can request a full refund within 7 days if:

  • You purchased the product through this website

  • You email me at stellasentiero@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase

  • You provide your order email + the reason you’re not satisfied (just for my admin & so i can improve)

No questions asked beyond confirming you are the original buyer.

After 7 days:

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Access to digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” which is why refunds are only possible within this short window.

Exclusions:

Refunds cannot be offered if:

  • you downloaded or shared course materials

  • you attempted a chargeback

  • your account was removed for harassment or breaking community rules

  • you purchased through a third party (cause there isn't one!!! - be careful of scams)

2. Community Access

If your purchase includes community access:

  • You may request a refund within 7 days

  • After 7 days, no refunds are given

  • Removal for violating community guidelines does not qualify for refunds

  • You will be removed from the community as soon as you request a refund

3. Physical Products (If Offered Now or in Future)

For physical items purchased through this website or our third party suppliers:

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of damage (photos or video) is required.

Returns

If physical products are eligible for return, they must be:

  • unused

  • in their original packaging

  • returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene or safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This will always be noted on the product page.

Refund timeline

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

Digital orders:

Cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

Physical orders:

If the product has not yet shipped, cancellations may be possible.
Contact support immediately to check the status.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Attempting to bypass this refund policy by initiating a chargeback will result in:

  • immediate removal from all courses

  • removal from community access

  • loss of future purchase rights

  • possible legal action for violation of terms
