Digital products and courses

  • All digital products, courses and downloadable files are delivered electronically.

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

  • Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable license. You may not share, resell or distribute any content.

  • If you lose access (for example, forgotten login), you may request a reinstatement by contacting me. Access may be verified before reactivation.

Community access (if purchased)

  • Community access is tied to the buyer only.

  • Access may be revoked if a user violates community guidelines, harasses other members or shares paid content outside the group.

  • No refunds are issued for removed or banned accounts.

Physical products

If physical products are offered now or in the future:

  • Shipping timelines will be displayed during checkout.

  • Import duties or local VAT may apply depending on your country.

  • Refunds or returns will be handled according to EU consumer rules, unless stated otherwise.

  • Products damaged in transit may be replaced after providing proof of damage.
